1) Dead Sea handcrafted soaps – we go to a local organic Nubian goat farm and purchase fresh milk for our luxurious soaps. The fat content from Nubian goats aids with skin healing and repair. Our unscented soaps are excellent for newborns with eczema, cradle cap and allergies.

2) Concrete Feet First Aid Stick – we use organic bees wax in the product.

Yes, we have been dedicated to all natural Dead Sea products since we started the company in 1998. We personally source all our sustainable ingredients and stay up on the research and European standards for natural products on a daily basis.

Absolutely not! We have been cruelty free since day one. All products are tested on ourselves, staff, friends, family and beta groups only.

Side note: We have had many humans use our products on their pets with great results.

We use certified organic herbs and infuse them for a year to make each extract. Most products on the market today use propylene and/or butylene extracts which are petroleum by-products that have potential health risks when used daily. We started making our Dead Sea Mineral Botanical Extracts in 2008 after learning about potential health risks with petroleum-based extracts. We keep them going year round. It’s a ‘labor of love’ that we are happy to do for our products!

We proudly manufacture all our products in our lab located in Anniston, Alabama USA.

ABSOLUTELY! There is too much controversy about parabens. They are preservatives that will keep a product sellable on a shelf 3-5+ years. Who wants 3-5+ year old skincare products? We use a probiotic preservative system in all our water-based products and manufacture in small batches to ensure the highest quality control. When you receive
your order, it will last about a year unrefrigerated.

Yes, and we do not use the ‘approved’ alternatives Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Zinc Coceth Sulfate or Cocamidopropyl Betaine either. We use natural soap paste and decyl glucoside for our shampoo and facial wash formulas. They clean deep, remove dirt and will not strip the hair or skin of valuable moisture.

that will nourish and nurture your skin. We are dedicated to the natural

ABSOLUTELY! We follow the European standards for personal care products. These preservatives are banned there, but not in the USA. We aspire to ship globally, therefore we removed these skin sensitizers back in 2003.

We strive to process every website order within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) excluding holidays. If we experience an ‘opportunity’ with your order, we will reach out to you with options. Please be sure to include your email address and cell phone number when ordering so we can contact you quickly, if an ‘opportunity’ arises. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will give you the information on where your package is and when it is scheduled to arrive.

We understand things can happen. This is one of the many benefits of being a small, artisanal company, you can call our office within 2 hours of placing your order on the website and request a shipping address change. After that, we may not be able to change the shipping address. Our office number is (256)236-4447.

We are a small, artisanal company. We are unable to offer free shipping on website orders. If you are local, you can bypass the shipping charges and purchase in our boutique.

We do offer flat rate shipping of $12 (no matter what size the order is) and currently only ship within the 50 United States, American Virgin Islands, and APO boxes using the best shipping route. We use USPS and UPS at this time.

Shipping to Canada is available but there is not a flat rate shipping option. So sorry about that!

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all our personal care products. Products that are consumable or are used in the mouth are a final sale. The 30 days begins when order is shipped.

If you need to return a purchase, we will issue a refund on any product that has 50% or more of the product remaining in the container. Buyer is responsible for shipping to our facility. Please include all packaging along with the invoice that came with your order. Please let us know in a few words why you are returning the product(s). We highly value input and feedback, it will allow us to learn and grow.

Once we receive your return product(s) we will issue a refund within 3-4 business days to the card used on the website.

We do not offer product exchanges. Once you get your refund, you can order the item(s) you want.

Who is Tammy Doering?

Tammy Doering is an author, licensed Manicurist Instructor and Barber, and owner of Totally Pamper Me!® Dead Sea & CBD Day Spa. After struggling over 14 years with seborrheic psoriasis and battling fibromyalgia she became aware that the toxic products she was using on a daily basis in the name of ‘beauty’ were in fact harming her health. She decided to learn how to make beauty care products that would nourish and nurture her body instead of hurting it. She started her skincare company in 1998 with the core values of Integrity, Innovative and Impeccability.
